Terms of Use

Last updated: 28 June 2026

These terms govern your use of the Ethereal app ("the app"). By installing or using the app, you agree to them.

Licence

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

Purchases

Ethereal Pro is an optional one-time purchase made through Google Play, which unlocks all worlds on the Google Play build. The purchase is processed by Google Play under its own terms; refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. One purchase covers your Google account's devices, with no subscription and no recurring charges.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it delightful and stable, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ethereal and its creator are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives on this page.
